Description
The latest evolution of the compact Mercedes-Benz SLC (SLK) two-seater coupé cabriolet. A smaller version of the famous SL line, but with all the features that make a Mercedes Benz roadster the unique open sports car as only 'Das Haus' can make it. Unfortunately, they have decided that this is the last one. All the more unique is the SLC we currently have in our collection. With only 22.5 thousand kilometres of experience in eight years. Based on its mileage, this convertible would not yet need its first service, but has been regularly serviced at the dealer by its previous owner. We have now provided the car with a major servicing, giving it many more trouble-free miles. The term 'like new' could not be more applicable as on this car. Truly no signs of use, in both interior and exterior. Not even stone chips. A beautiful, full and richly equipped version, this time without AMG bells and whistles. With a set of beautiful original Mercedes Benz 17-inch sports rims with top rubber by Yokohama. Beautiful as new glossy, beautiful dark grey metallic paint. Optically, an SLC does not need more. Timelessly elegant and sporty chic.
The first owner was an employee of Mercedes Benz. However, his employer did not skimp on equipment when putting this roadster together. How about sports seats with seat heating and Airscarf (hot air neck heating) dual zone climate control, cruise control, full map navigation with upgrade audio and bluetooth phone connection, xenon lighting, full leather interior with aluminium coloured inlays, the already mentioned Mercedes Benz sports rims, glass fully automatic convertible hardtop, parking sensors all around and so on.
The torquey four-cylinder runs very cultured, is almost inaudible in normal use and is always kept in its optimal operating range by the very smooth and quick-shifting, nine-speed automatic transmission. Very comfortable yet surprisingly lively and very economical too. Furthermore, this Benz drives as you would expect from the brand with the star. Very comfortable but, if desired, also surprisingly sporty. The very well tuned sports suspension, the sensitive but never nervous steering and the already mentioned refined driveline make this a wonderful open GT. If you are looking for a very comfortable, sporty, timelessly beautiful and reliable roadster, both convertible and coupé in one car, that will serve you perfectly on both short sunny tours and long distances to southern Europe, then you must have this unique Mercedes Benz SLC, which is in new condition.
